The following information is provided as a guide to the facilities provided in the City Hall or by the management. Nothing contained in this information constitutes an offer of, or may form part of a Contract.

The following facilities are services are available by arrangement with the management.
All requests must be made in advance for any item listed below and the hirer will be responsible for the payment of any costs incurred by the management in their provision.
A kithchen/preparations room is located back stage adjacent to a dining area for upto 20 people. A large fridge is located in each room. The kitchen area has a 3 phase 32 amp power supply for caterers own electric equipment or a 6 ring, 2 oven cooker and a warming cupboard.
The City Hall can supply a full range of catering by arrangement.
Stewards, security staff, stage crew, spot operators, runners and catering assistants can be provided in any number by arrangement.
A range of Baby Grands are available for hire. A 9ft Steinway concert grand suitable for solo artists is also available by arrangement.
The City Hall Box Office operates a fully computerised ticketing service (RITA system). Hirers own tickets will be sold by arrangement. Press and radio advertising is arranged and distribution of leaflets and posters. Full marketing support is provided as required and campaigns can be taylored to users own requirements and budgets.
Smoke machines, pyrotechnics and special effects including smoke are permitted subject to the requirements of the Entertainment Licence. Hirers must advise the manager in advance of their requirements including the manufacturer’s name, type of effect and frequency of use and must be prepared to stage a demonstration if required, for the relevant Licensing Authorities.
Minimum stage lighting is available providing colour wash or white lighting from side or overhead In-House facilities controlled by Sirius 48 lighting desk. The system can be augmented or a complete lighting system can be brought in to the users own requirements.
A six-way in house intercom system is available. Additional facilities can be arranged as required.
A counter and display boards are available in the foyer for merchandise sales. The Manager will provide Programme Sellers.
Located backstage the production office has telephone and fax and a high speed wireless Broadband port.
There is a list of available medical, massage and chiropractor services together with taxis and hotels.
